How do I know which network my eSIM connects to?
Your plan page lists the partner carrier in each country. When you arrive, your phone automatically selects the best available network. You can also manually select a network in Settings → Cellular → Network Selection.
Will I get 5G speeds?
5G is available in countries where our carrier partners have deployed it, including Japan, South Korea, USA, UK, Germany, France, and many more. If you're in a 5G area with a 5G-capable phone, you'll automatically connect at 5G speeds.
What if the country I'm traveling to isn't covered?
We're adding destinations weekly. Use the "Contact Us" form to tell us where you're heading — we'll notify you as soon as it's available, and often fast-track coverage for high-demand destinations.
Is there a fair-use or throttling policy?
Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy: after 10 GB of usage per day, speeds may reduce during peak network congestion. Fixed-data plans (1 GB, 5 GB, 20 GB, etc.) are not throttled — you get full speed until your allowance runs out.
