Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simju website (simju.com) and your purchase and use of Simju travel eSIM data plans ("Plans"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
Simju sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans for use in 190+ destinations. Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
2. The product
Our Plans are data-only eSIMs delivered digitally. They provide mobile data at your destination and support personal hotspot sharing. They do not include a phone number for standard voice calls or SMS; calls and messaging are available through internet-based apps. Coverage, networks and data allowances vary by Plan and are described on each product page.
3. Device eligibility
To use a Simju eSIM your device must be eSIM-compatible and not network-locked. Most phones released from 2019 onwards support eSIM. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before you buy. If you are unsure, please check our compatibility page first.
4. Orders, payment and delivery
When your payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, usually within minutes. You do not need to create an account to purchase. Please make sure your email address is correct, as this is how we deliver your Plan.
5. Activation and validity
You can install your eSIM at any time. The Plan's validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you install it. Once started, the validity period and data allowance run according to the Plan you purchased. Unused data does not roll over after a Plan expires.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use your Plan lawfully and in line with any fair-use conditions described on the product page. You must not use the service for any illegal activity, to send spam, or in a way that disrupts networks or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend service that breaches these Terms.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and includes our 30-day money-back guarantee.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
Mobile data is delivered over third-party partner networks at your destination. While we work to provide reliable coverage, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in every location, as these depend on local networks and conditions outside our control. The service is provided on an "as available" basis.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Simju is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, or for interruptions caused by third-party networks or your device. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
